Full time, nights. £15k - £19k dependent on experience.
Working for one of UK’s leading confectioners you will be experienced from a food manufacturing environment and have a sound knowledge of HACCP. • Carry out all responsibilities with the aim of producing food safely and to required specifications within HACCP framework • Provide a quality assurance support service as and when required • Maintain an area of retained samples clearly marked with usable samples and ensuring they are rotated regularly • Produce written reports of work carried out, planned and outstanding as required • Carry out audits, including GMP, Glass & Plastic as requested by the Lead Quality Control Operative or Quality Manager • Ensure Quality Control related checks are carried out as required by the QMS, this includes checking scales, dates, labeling, knives, temperatures and on line production • Deputise for the lead Quality Control Operative |
