Working for a world leader in Call and Contact Centre Quality Analysis, an opportunity has arisen to join the Research Team.
We are currently looking for candidates who are fluent in French and English to join the team based near Exeter. Fluency is essential, as is a background in customer service. The role will involve measuring the level of service delivered by businesses (many being Blue Chip Companies) nationwide and abroad. Findings will be recorded according to the project requirements using custom software and reported back to the client. Most research takes place over the telephone, but face to face and e-mail enquiries may also be undertaken. Candidates must be able to use own initiative as well as work under supervision, and be pro-active, especially when delivering results to deadlines. This is a temporary position for the initial 13 weeks with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. |
