POSITION: LABOUR SUPPLY MANAGER
LOCATION: SPALDING SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 PER ANNUM FULL TIME, PERMANENT ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to join a large, successful recruitment company. We are looking for a Labour Supply Manager who will continue to build on strong relationships with our clients and ensure they are provided with the right number of appropriately inducted and trained temporary workers. Joining a strong team, you will provide cover at our client's manufacturing sites based in Spalding. This role will encompass excellent customer service skills and responsibilities will include recruitment, labour planning and labour supply management, induction and training, payroll and administration, cost control, supervisor management, amongst a range of other varied duties. The ideal person should be of a confident and robust nature, with excellent organisational and problem solving skills. You will need to be energetic, proactive and flexible in attitude. This is a varied and challenging position for the right person and you will be joining the team at a very exciting time in the business. |
