EXCITING OPPORTUNITY to join the fastest growing employee benefits company in the UK in a temporary to permanent role. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding and dynamic team in the Docklands area of London. You will be the primary point of contact for employee members, delivering a world class service to their valued customers. Your day to day activities will include:
· Responding to all customer calls and emails professionally and effectively · Ensuring the in house database is updated · Dealing with queries , general enquiries and complaints, · Following correct procedure for escalating calls to senior advisors/team leader · All ad-hoc administration duties The key responsibility is to provide a first class telephone and email service to all external and internal customers whilst maintaining accurate and detailed system notes. |
