Brief: Experienced recruiters from either permanent or contract recruitment background looking to move into a niche market opportunity within engineering and professional technical disciplines. Company: Established and very well connected to the major companies and projects worldwide. An established desk awaits the right recruiter with ambition and drive and working knowledge of the Engineering market. If you have longer term ambition to travel then this opportunity could well be your vehicle. If you want to progress through the ranks but remain UK based, they can accommodate that too. Would suit: Experienced engineering recruiter with knowledge of construction, engineering or a professional technical discipline. Salary and Benefits Anywhere from £20,000 - £35,000 basic, commission, bonus and share scheme. And car or allowance. The wide variation in salary will reflect your current earnings and experience, it must be noted than this company will make it worthwhile you moving positions with a genuine increase on your current basic. All our OTEs and salaries are as advised by our clients; we assess all commission structures and obtain a REALISTIC On Target Earning figure.
