Job Title: Sales Support Engineer
Job Description: To assist our Senior Sales Executives to develop and grow new accounts with the objective of securing sales of WatchTower - the innovative system, application and network monitoring solution.
Qualifications:MCSE, CCEA, Redhat, Cisco or CCIE certifications
Skills:At least 5 years experience in a Software Vendor, Professional Services, IT Consulting or Systems Integration environment with an analytical approach to problem solving.
Hands-on experience with multiple platforms: Linux, Solaris, UNIX, Windows 2000/2003
and Cisco.
Experience with the configuration and management of hardware, software, routers, switches,
firewalls, etc.
Understanding of high-availability solutions (clustering, storage area networks, network
attached storage, etc.).
Scripting skills (e.g. VBScript, ADSI, WMI, perl, shell, html and java)
Self-starter who manages time and activities with little day-to-day guidance or interaction from management.

Excellent organisational, customer service, communication and professional presentation skills.
Ability to write detailed emails, responding to tendors and preparing case studies.

Prepared to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks and be a good team-player.
PC business packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Maximiser).
