Inbound Sales Advisors, Outbound Sales, Customer Service Advisors needed! Based in Stockport, Fantastic Hours and benefits! £12050 to £14500 depending on job and experience Shift patterns Mon-Fri 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 9.30am-5.30pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm Weekend work involved but only 2 in every 4 sundays or saturdays We are looking for a Customer Service advisors to work for a large company based in Stockport . The role is taking Inbound calls from customers and advising them on products and services. Other parts of the role will be data entry, managing your own workload, talking to different departments and managing customer expectations and delivering excellent customer service at all times. You will be based in a friendly callcentre and have 6 weeks training before starting. All we ask is that you can give great Customer Service to customers and have a background in either face to face or phone based customer services. In return you will get a salary of £12050 to £14,000 dependant on your experience, Great staff discounts, Annual Bonuses and Great Holiday package (30 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays). Role: Handling calls from customers regarding banking and insurance, Answering incoming calls, Providing assistance and guidance to customers, Completing all relevant administration work, Passing on leads and service calls to other departments, Data Entry, Providing excellent customer service, Up selling and Cross selling products.
