| Job Description: | This is a Hays Personnel vacancy, who are operating as an employment agency. A leading financial organisation based in Skelmersdale is looking to recruit Inbound Sales and Service Advisors to join their successful team. There are both full and part-time shifts available for this role. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for handling a range of banking queries. You will also be expected to promote additional products and services that are offered by the company and should be familiar with matching products to the needs and requirements of your customers. Other duties will include updating customer details, processing documents within set timescales and working to company targets. As this role is based within a financial organisation, applicants will need to pass a credit check in order to be put forward for the position. The salary for the position ranges from £12,050 to £14,500 dependent on experience, and extra money can be earned through overtime and bonuses. | ||
