This is a Hays Personnel vacancy who are operating as an employment agency
One of our clients - a major financial organisation is seeking experienced customer service advisors to work within there fast-paced and target driven environment. As one of the UK's largest financial providers, you will be required to work on various types of banking and campaigns. As well as delivering excellent customer service, sales is an important part of your role, therefore advisors are expected to use the extensive training and support received from training and colleagues to achieve certain sales targets. You will be expected to meet individual objectives to help the company improve the service that they offer to customers. You will be expected to be a good team player and communicate well with others. The bank is open 24 hours a day so there are various hours and shifts available. You will be required to work a 35 hour week for full-time between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday. You will also be required to work one in four Saturdays. There are also part-time hours - various shifts available. |
