Job Title: Inbound Call Handler
Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Call Handler to join a leading life insurance & pensions company. Our well established client are seeking a number of experienced representatives to provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service; focusing on dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers.

You should have good customer service experience, and come from a call centre background, where you have received a high volume of inbound calls. Be able to build a rapport with customer to quickly understand their needs and give good customer service to our client's customers.

Experience in dealing with:

· Enquiries
· Complaints
· Providing quotations
· Insurance policies

Permanent role
Hours: Shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Salary Circa. £17,000-19,000.00pa

Based in Romford
