Job Title: Administrator
Job Description: Full Time Office Administrator

Our client, a firm of Financial Advisors based in Kidlington, with 4 Partners, 2 Mortgage Advisors and 3 Administrators and looking to recruit an additional Administrator.

Ideal candidates should have keyboard/typing skills and be IT literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook or equivalent. In addition my client is looking for someone with a minimum of 12 months' office experience plus 5 GCSEs (A-D) including English and Maths or a minimum of 5 years office experience without qualifications. Previous experience within the financial services industry would be desirable.

You will possess a logical and organised approach to this varied job. Data entry, maintaining and checking records and the production of high-quality finished work require accuracy and attention to detail and all form part of this role.

Hours of work are Full-Time 9-5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch, 20 days holiday per year with a salary of £14-18,000pa.
