An exciting role is available in a call centre in Bradford, working for one of the UK's leading travel companies. You role will be a supportive role within the customer relations' team. You will be answering questions and queries via telephone, email and letter. You will be taking personal ownership for problems and using your initiative to resolve them. You will liaise with other departments, travel agents and external contacts to rectify the problems and make sure everything runs smoothly. You will be speaking to customers and also writing letters or emails to them, therefore an excellent grasp of English is required. This is a challenging role for a customer service expert who has demonstrative skills in this area.
