Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (Lar)

Working for this leading organisation your role will be to liaise with customers and other departments to resolve queries and complaints through verbal and written correspondence so excellent grammar and communication skills are imperative to be considered in this role.
You don't need previous travel experience to be a success in this role, just a genuine willingness to resolve customers' issues with speed, empathy and enthusiasm. From day one, you'll be provided with extensive training, followed by on-going support.
If you really enjoy helping customers, can remain calm even when things hot up, have a flexible approach to your working hours and basic PC skills, there's no better place to be!

Skills required:
·Proven customer service background
·Minimum Grade C in English
·Previous written correspondence experience
·Excellent grammar and communication skills
·Keen and enthusiastic attitude
·Desire to progress
·Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
·Solid working history
