Customer Service Advisor – Kidlington
Are you a good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team? My client based in Kidlington is looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Advisor to join its well established team. Job responsibilities include;- •Comprehensively understand the product range and proactively maximise all sales opportunities •Provide professional customer service to key accounts, monitor their orders and ensure regular customer contact •Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimise the effect on the customer •Monitor customer orders through to completion and keep the customer and other internal departments informed at all times •Develop effective working relationships with other team members, internal departments and sister companies. •Maintain accurate customer records and participate in regular housekeeping as required •Participate in team briefings and communicate with team leader and other team members to address issues and develop a wider range of skills This is an exciting and varied role for an experienced customer service individual and offers good opportunities for growth and progression in the future. Salary range is £14,000 - £16,000 Benefits include – 20 days holiday rising to 25day following completion of the 12 months service. Attendance bonus, incentive scheme, on site parking, discounted gym membership, pension scheme, healthcare scheme, share saver scheme. |
