Applicants are invited to apply for the position of Equipment Controller based in Sale. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling, reporting and analysing the Customer Accounts for which the company carries out the Equipment Management.
Main duties include: Manage / coordinate and validate all declaration flows on /off the customers account. Continual analysis and communication of customers account trends / performance by producing, understanding / interpreting data from our core system reports, and providing recommendations / actions. Analysing customers invoice to ensure all flows are declared correctly and charges accurately. Liaising with / monitoring customers and suppliers to ensure all data submitted to the companies core systems is received in a timely & accurate manner Authorise transfers onto accounts gaining customer sign off where required Manage and co-ordinate resolution of all un-invoiced movements, focusing on reducing received and outstanding volumes Receive and resolve all customer queries in conjunction with Equipment Management Liaise with Account Manager and Customer to ensure excellent customer service and strong communication. Responsible for project work within the team to ensure first class customer satisfaction and identification / resolution of areas of focus. Attend and present at both internal & external customer meetings on CEM / Account performance. Review internal control processes and those carried out at the customer sites. Ensure implementation / adherence according to correct documentation and recommend / drive improvements to manage pallet control and drive efficiencies into all processes with sign off from the Line Manager. Assist customer in identifying areas where they can improve their controls to drive down cost for both the customer Provide administrative support and query resolution to both internal & external teams. Actively promote CEM in a positive manner to customer and internal departments. |
