Highly renowned High Street corporation seek a Service Advisor to join an expanding team based in one of their Hub offices based in Barnsley - S73.
This role is to maintain continuity of service through working closely with external suppliers and key stakeholders to restore on-line and other key services for the flagship branches and individually affected branches As a Service Advisor you will identify and resolve service-affected Incidents on behalf of all branch and clients, in accordance with business priorities. You will need to ensure that appropriate and tested business continuity plans are in place with external and internal suppliers used by the business. Occasionally you will be required to provide Out of Hours support to cover the Service Desk. (This is completed on a rota basis at the employees home via mobile phone) You will need to have a good understanding of services provided by other suppliers eg Fujitsu and have excellent communication skills with internal and external custiomers. Analytical skills would be desirable and flexibility to meet business needs would be essential. . |
