My Cambridge based client is looking for a freelance or permanent Site Manager on a New Build Hotel in Rotherham.
The scheme comprises of a 130 room, timber frame structure with a total value of £9m. My client are looking for someone who has experience in bringing projects out of the ground and bring the project to final handover. This will include overseeing the fit-out of the rooms etc. |
