An Excellent position has arisen working for a national agency placing supply and permanent staff in local schools.
Based in Bristol this role will involve visiting schools across North Somerset one day a week, building strong relationships with head teachers,HR departments etc. bringing in new business through various selling methods, supplying supply staff at short notice to local schools of all levels, placing experienced teachers in permanent roles, interviewing and assessing candidates and ensuring all relevant checks i.e CRB, have been done. The successful applicant will preferably have a recruitment or sales background, have a professional manner and be able to communicate verbally and in writing articulately and also have a flexible approach to work, due to the sometime long hours involved when busy. Also looking for a long term Career in a very rewarding industry. Basic Salary & Commission: To reflect experience, skills & ability as per Career ladder Salary bands. business Mileage expense covered. Benefits: Stakeholder pension, with company contribution after 12 months service.
