3rd Line Support - Cisco, AD, Citrix - W6 - Up to £29k & Bonus
A dynamic and strategic 3rd line support analyst is required for a global financial company. The company is a well respected and growing organisation offering continuous training, and a range of benefits. The purpose of the role will be to deliver third line technical support acting as an escalation point for hardware and software issues. Some previous experience of a similar role is required along with a MCSA, MCSE or CCNA accreditation. The purpose of the role will be to provide technical and strategic planning, backup maintenance, security maintenance and network support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of CiscoWindows Server 2000/2003, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, WAN/LAN, Citrix and firewalls. |
