Job Description:	DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MANAGER Saudi Arabia - Package includes accommodation allowance and return flights annually This is an opportunity to join one of the biggest international retailers of the Middle East. With ambitious expansion plans at store level this role will develop rapidly. To support these growth plans my client is seeking to recruit a talented Distribution Centre Manager who will report directly to the Supply Chain Director. The role will be to deliver demanding operational performance targets in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service. Managing a substantial operating budget, key areas will include goods in, despatch, transport operations, contract fleet management and ongoing team development. With a proven track record of success in Distribution Centre/Warehouse management ideally within food / chilled product, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership and motivational skills combined with an enthusiastic and energetic approach to work. Effective communication, teamwork, problem solving and good planning and organisation are also essential qualities required to perform well in this highly rewarding position.
