We are seeking help from people in the local community to help us "Lead the way" in Social Care in the West Berks area!
No prior know-how needed for the Trainee Domiciliary Care Assistant role. You will be given training in varied areas, and completion of our training leads you to a fully qualified Domiciliary Care Assistant.
You will also acheive a Diploma award in Health and Social Care. Your role would be based on the requirements of the position.

As a Trainee Domiciliary Care Assistant you would:
Enable people to remain in their own homes
Work with clients to reach outcomes, rather than working for them
Support and assist people to promote thier self-respect and thier dignity
Provide a high standard of care every day of the year
Assist in health care tasks and ensure clients health records are kept up to date in line with GPs or Nurses instructions
Work as part of a team to ensure the best care for our clients
Help deliver services to the community
